It is fun to think about which wrapping paper goes well with which color ribbons. It seems like my favorite color for gift boxes is silver for now. Silver is considered as a grey color and that makes a bow stands out on top of a gift - in my opinion. Also I like it's metallic shine too. But I won't draw a line when it comes to color combination. I will explore more color matches.
By the way, for me, the biggest challenge for painting wrapped gifts so far is getting perspective correctly. I should go to a library tomorrow and borrow some books about perspective.
